El argumento principal de las diferentes peticiones, básicamente, fue que no se tramitó o resolvió oportunamente el impedimento manifestado por la doctora Diana Fajardo Rivera, con lo cual se violó el derecho al debido proceso.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que las nulidades invocadas incumplieron el requisito de carga argumentativa y, por eso, procedió a RECHAZARLAS.
